If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy allows you to request a return or refund under specific conditions. 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

✔️ The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.
✔️ The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
✔️ You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
✔️ The product must not be marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional item, as these are non-returnable.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, partially used, or perishable products, including organic baby milk formulas.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note the following:

✔️ Full Refunds: If your return meets all eligibility criteria, you will receive a full refund minus any applicable shipping fees.
✔️ Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility requirements, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
✔️ Non-Refundable Items: Opened, damaged, or expired products are not eligible for refunds.
✔️ Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

✔️ Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN inside the package.
✔️ Step 4: Ship the return to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless it is a defective or incorrect item.
✔️ Step 5: Once we receive and verify the return, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check the following:

✔️ Verify with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications

✔️ Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
✔️ Order Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

7. Special Conditions for International Orders

For customers outside the United States, please note:

✔️ International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
✔️ Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
✔️ Refunds will be processed in USD, and any currency exchange differences will not be covered by us.
